Maliwanag ang paligid na punong-puno ng ilaw sa bawat paghihintay at pagdiriwang ng araw ng Pasko. Ang sambayanang nadidiliman at nagkasala ay niloob na tanglawan ng ilaw na walang iba kundi si Hesus. Sa pagsilang ni Hesus, na S'yang ating ilaw, tayo ay ginagabayan patungo sa tunay na sabsaban, ang kalangitan.
